An inmate at Orient Road jail in Tampa was released as part of the prevent Coronavirus amnesty program for felons on March 19th. A day later on March 20th he shot and killed a man after buying a gun & heroin.
26 year old Joseph Williams is now back in jail facing charges of second-degree murder, resisting an officer, being felon in possession of a firearm and possession of heroin and drug paraphernalia. His bail has been set at $280,500.
