New York Town Creates Law To Punish Parents Of Bullies

North Tonawanda, New York created a law to punish parents if there children are found bullying other minors. Tonawanda common council hope the new law will stop bullying by holding parents accountable. Parents could be fined $250 and sentenced to 15 days in jail.
