Several demonstrators moved in around the crew, ordering them to leave the scene. The end of the encounter aired live on FOX45 News. The Thursday protest, which began around 6 p.m., was mostly peaceful. Demonstrators started in North Baltimore and marched south to the Inner Harbor, shouting anti-Trump sentiments.
The crowd then marched to the World Trade Center from McKeldin Square before walking west down Pratt Street, to Ravens stadium, where fans were gathered for game night. After a brief stop the group walked to Charles Street and began heading north, back to where the protest started.
Police say two people were detained during the demonstration, though no one has been charged.
At its height the crowd grew to approximately 600 people, according to police estimates.
Daniels and his photographer were harassed near the end of the demonstration as the crowd started to disperse in north Baltimore.
