Paso Robles Police say Fatte’s Pizza owner in Atascadero robbed Fatte’s Pizza Sunday night in Paso Robles.
Police reported that they responded to armed robbery at Fatte’s Pizza in Paso Robles around 10pm.
At the time, restaurant employees stated a man armed with a gun came in and stole the money from the registers. Staff say the suspect asked them to turn off the lights and told them to go to the building’s rear.
Eventually the two employees escaped out the back door and saw a white tundra leaving the scene.
The San Luis Obispo County Sheriff’s office located a truck matching the description at In-N-Out in Atascadero. Police pulled the truck over and 38-year-old Darryl Allan was arrestd.
Darryl ‘Armed with a pistol’ Allan told the cops that he is the owner of Fatte’s Pizza in Atascadero. Cops located a large amount of money, drug paraphernalia, and a gun in his vehicle.
His long list of charges include kidnapping, robbery, and weapons charges.
