According to authorities on Tuesday, former Heisman Trophy winner Rashaan Salaam was found dead late Monday night in a park in Colorado. The Boulder County coroner’s office said later in a statement that it is investigating the 42-year-old's cause of the death. Police added on Tuesday that as of now, foul play is not suspected. Salaam's body was reportedly found at Eben G. Fine Park in the city of Boulder. The former college star, who won the Heisman in 1994, played five seasons in the NFL with the Chicago Bears and Cleveland Bears before retiring in 1999.
